portada parque delta

Parque Delta was built in the terrains of an old baseball field, located in a solid medium-class zone.

Being the first shopping centre that combines a department store and a supermarket, this mix became very successful, by joining basic goods and exclusive stores, two main demands from middle-class families in Mexico City.

Since its opening, Parque Delta has been the most successful shopping centre per square meter in the country, in terms of visitors and cost for tenants.

This complex was designed by Arquitech Group. The surroundings have also improved with the construction of new apartment buildings, stores, hotels, restaurants and a Metrobus line, one of the most efficient and modern means of transportation in the city, aimed to transform Mexico City’s mobility.
