parque virreyes portada articulo

Torre Virreyes is located in the bottom part of Lomas de Chapultepec neighborhood, next to Chapultepec forest and well connected to the new elevated city highway. Due to its outstanding architecture, beautiful views and the historic preservation, this office building will become one of the most requested in town. It will also become the first building to obtain the LEED Platinum Certification.

Teodoro González de León designed the architecture of the building and the structural design was developed by the international firm ARUP (NEW YORK OFFICES). The combination of both studies resulted in the most impressive structure that will certainly become an immediate icon once it opens.
